What's included in my fee?
Your fee covers: accommodations, meals, airport transfers, local transportation to planned activities, cost of planned tours, all yoga classes, and workshops. Basically everything except for your flight and personal expenses.
You are responsible for: flights, optional activities, including transportation, and personal expenses.
What kind of accommodations can I expect?
Small hotels or big houses that can accommodate everyone in single, double, or triple occupancy rooms. The properties are usually just for Soul Trips to maximize the privacy aspect. We stay away from crowded all inclusive hotels.
Do you take care of all dietary needs?
Yes. Wether we bring our own chef or have meals provided by the hotel, we make sure all your dietary needs are covered. You will be able to give us details once you register for your Soul Trip.
Do you serve just vegetarian food?
No. We serve all kinds of food, always trying to keep it very healthy. If you have a special diet we will cater to your specific need.
Do I need a certain level of Yoga "knowledge"?
No. Our yoga classes are for all levels, from a yoga beginner to an expert!
What kind of volunteer activities can I expect?
We normally work with kids. We try to partner with local schools to solve simple issues they might be having that can be resolved in one day. Things like painting, cleaning, interacting with the kids, face painting, piñata parties, are some of the things we've done in the past.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend you purchase insurance for medical emergencies, emergency evacuation and/or
repatriation. If you are from Canada and you don't know where to get travel insurance, we have a provider we know and trust.
Please consider travel protection for: trip and baggage delay, trip cancellation or interruption. Your airline can provide
this for additional fee.
What types of payment do you take?
All payments can be done through our website with your credit card. If you are in Canada, we also accept E-transfers.
Do I need a visa & passport?
Most countries require a passport with at least 6 months to the expiry date for you to enter. The requirements on visas de-pend on the country you are about to visit and the country you come from. Make sure to check what's needed to enter the country before you travel. - If you can't find any information please contact us, we might be able to help you.
